How quickly do you ship?

In stock items are shipped generally within 24 to 48 hours.

Custom orders, or made to order merchandise will take a bit longer.

How do you ship?

All shipping is done by  Canada Post.

How much does shipping cost?

Within  Canada it is a flat fee of $15.00. 

For International & US orders, please contact us for shipping charges prior to placing your order. 

What is your returns policy?

I want you to  be completely happy with your purchase, and therefore will accept returns within 10 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Simply return it as you received it.   

NB. Return of earrings cannot be accepted. They are final sale only.

How should I care for my new jewellery?

To keep your sterling silver jewellery looking it’s best, it is important to store your jewellery properly. When you are not wearing it store in a  jewellery box, a pouch or a plastic zip lock bag.

A jewellery cloth is a good investment. Utilize this regularly to keep your silver looking its best. Be gentle with the stones.

Do not wear your jewellery in the shower, in chlorinated pools or hot tubs, or to bed, and you will enjoy your jewellery for many years to come.

All our prices are in Canadian dollars.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate online?

Once you have decided on the item you want to purchase, add it to your cart. On the checkout page add the Gift Certificate code in the coupon box and continue to check out.

Can I redeem the gift certificate in-store?

Yes you can. Just print it out and bring it to the store with you. We can redeem the code in-store as well.
